This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Poonam Jivan Abhichandani being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Nirmala Jivan Abhichandani died intestate at Mumbai on 29.09.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and the son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
