TP/1588/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sameer Logade, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Roshan Stanley Henry being nephew of deceased. Deceased namely Elizabeth Joseph died intestate at Mumbai on 13.01.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased had two sisters namely Annie Stanley Henry and Mary Kurian and their legal heirs are mentioned in para No. 4 of the petition. Deceased was survived by two nephews and one niece. Out of them one nephew is petitioner herein and another nephew and niece have given their consents in favour of petitioner through Power Attorney Holder namely Roshan Stanley Henry who is petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. Photocopy of Power of Attorney is annexed to the petition. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 16.06.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
