1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shahrukh Kaikobad Tafti, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Soltoon Kaikobad Tafti, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 11.02.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.04.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Administration Bond dated 08.05.2025 filed Separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
