Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted moved a praecipe and submitted that in order dated 22.08.2025 it is stated that petitioner has filed administration bond. However, petitioner being the sole legattee has not filed the administration bond in view of the Order passed in TP/4861/2024. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Hence, para no. 10 of the Order dated 22.08.2025 is corrected and read as "petitioner has not filed the administration bond in the prescribed format as he is exempted from furnishing the administration bond in view of the order dated 4861/2024.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 22.08.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
