The petitioner Kavita Raheja, a sister in law of the deceased, filed the petition for the Grant of the letters of Administration for the properties of the deceased, namely of Shivkumar Shyam Raheja alias Shivkumar Raheja alias Shivkumar Shyamlal Raheja alias Shivkumar S. Raheja.

The deceased died on 11.08.2022 leaving behind his class-II, Entry (IV) legal heirs of the decased, whose names are mentioned at Sr. No. C(ii) and C(iii) om the paragraph No. 8 of the Petition. However, Widow of predeceased brother, namely Kavit, who comes under Class-II, Entry(VI) legal heir of the deceased, has filed the petition, who has no preference over the Class-II, Entry (IV) Legal heirs. Hence, it would be proper to hear ld.
