1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by two petitioners namely Shehnaz Percy Paradiwalla and Porus Bomanshaw Pardiwalla, who both are daughter and son of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Homai Bomanshaw Pardiwalla, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 12.07.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one daughter and one son. Who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.06.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. All legal heirs are petitioners hence, Administration bond not required. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
