This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bimal Kishor Malhotra being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kailash Mehra died intestate at West Bengal on 29.07.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Election Card and Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons. Out of them one son petitioner herein and remaining two sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 12.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
