TP/1680/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Vivek V. Pawar i/b. Sanjana Tanawade, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Janmesh Jagdish Madhav and Janavi Jagdish Madhav being son and daughter of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Dilip Pandurang Ranjankar died intestate at Mumbai on 29.09.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 19.12.2024 for nonavailability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted. The names of the petitioners have been changed from their father name to the present names as mentioned in the title as per the Government Gazette dated 03.09.2009 which is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A2" at page No. 22 of the said Gazette.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them son and daughter are petitioners herein and the widow has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
