1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in order dated 25.08.2025, petition was allowed and Letters of Administration with Will annexed was issued throughout the State of Maharashtra. However, petitioner has prayed to issue the Letters of Administration with Will annexed throughout India and same may be corrected.

2. Perused petition and order dated 25.08.2025, in operative para no. 2 of the Order dated 25.08.2025 words, throughout the State of Maharashtra are substituted by words "throughout India".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 25.08.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
