Mr. Rane seeks dispensation with Rule 384 of Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 in the present case. He would submit that one of the attesting witness has expired whereas whereabouts of other attesting witness is not known. Petitioner No. 2 is the daughter of the deceased. She has filed her affidavit dated 06.01.2026. Department shall accept the same in compliance and dispensation with Rule 384 and proceed with issuance of grant in accordance with law. 4.
