TP/1704/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Mohit Yadav i/b. Ankita Sharma, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Ravnit Vinay Sharma being the Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely late Smt. Krishna Devendra Sharma, died at Mumbai on 26.09.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Copy of AADHAR Card is annexed for the identification purpose.

2. The deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai, on 12.12.2013. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 2 of the Will refers to the appointment of one Executor who is Petitioner herein.

3. As per para 9 of the Petition, the parents and husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons who have given their consents in favour of the petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. The affidavit of attesting witness Shri Rajesh Bijlani, it is dated 07.03.2025. The Affidavit of General Citation is filed and it is dated 17.06.2025. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any caveat is filed.
