This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Payal Nihit Sheth being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Nihit Rajnikant Sheth died intestate at Denkark on 21.02.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by his mother, widow and one minor daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and mother has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein and petitioner being mother and natural guardian of minor daughter, has given consent on her behalf. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
