1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner being married daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Champakbhai Hiralal Choksey said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 31.07.1997.

Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. Affidavit of Petitioner for dispensation of Id proof is filed and is dated 07.10.2024 are already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased. The wife since deceased the deceased died on 29.03.2010. Deceased is survived by three sons and one daughter. Out of them daughter is a petitioner herein. All the three sons have given consent in favour of the petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Notice dated 29.05.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross

petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
