1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Dharmishta Pravin Chandra Parekh, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Pravin Chandra Parekh, who said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 30.01.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased son namely Jugal Parekh predeceased the deceased, leaving behind his widow and two daughters. Therefore, deceased was survived by widow, one son, and two grand-daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner and all other legal heirs have given their consents and for one grand-daughter Freya filed consent through her mother and natural guardian. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.06.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR 21.07.2025
