TP/1786/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sameer Logade, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nutan Vaman Mirkar, who is Niece of deceased. Deceased namely Shankar Sakaram Rajwadkar, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 18.05.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card ID is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as Bachelor. One Sister namely Urmila Waman Mirkar died on 23.01.2010 and her husband namely Waman Mirkar expired on 20.01.2012. Deceased was survived by One Niece only. Who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.07.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioner is sole surviving legal heir hence Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
