TP/1794/2025 (E-filing) None present for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Devansh Deepak Kumar Parikh being son of deceased. Deceased namely Vanleela Deepak Kumar Parikh died intestate at Mumbai on 02.07.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by only one son who, is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.04.2025 is filed. Since, petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs Administration Bond is not required to be filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
