This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ashok Shantaram Vaidya being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Kshama Ashok Vaidya died intestate at Thane on 15.09.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by husband, one son and one daughter. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and the daughter and son have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
