This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Urmila Sadanand Nadkarni being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Sadanand Dattatray Nadkarni died intestate at Pune on 06.02.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Laxmikant died on 27.10.2022 leaving behind his widow and died issue-less. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and one daughter-in-law. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son and daughter-in-law have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
