Deceased namely Huberta Sebastian Francis died intestate at Mumbai on 23.12.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parent of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. Deceased was survived by one cousin sister as stated in para No. 4 of the petition. Petitioner is directed to state legal heirs of deceased properly in para No. 4 of the petition. Advocate to take steps.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 12.06.2025 are filed.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
