This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nirmala John Dixon Sequeira being cousin sister of deceased. Deceased namely Huberta Sebastian Francis died intestate at Mumbai on 23.12.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parent of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. Deceased was survived by one cousin sister who is petitioner herein, as stated in para No. 4 of the petition. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 12.06.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
