1. Sunil Suresh Desai deposed that he seen the Deceased set and subscribe her signature at foot of each page of testamentary paper in Thumb Impression and handwritten L.H.T and character. However, the deceased had affixed her Thumb and she did not sign the Will. Hence, the attesting witness to explain this facts stated in the affidavit.
