This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Roxan Zarir Engineer being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Zarir Sorabji Engineer died intestate at Mumbai on 31.03.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that wife of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 24.07.2020. Deceased was survived by only one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.06.2025 is filed. As the petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs of the deceased hence, in view of the order dated 28.02.2023 in TP No. 2556 of 2022 and TP No. 2559 of 2022, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. It is noticed that statutory period of service of citation is not over hence, matter is adjourned till 01.07.2025.
