22. TP/1879/2025 WITH WILL/753/2025 Shri Hariya Nitin Raichand, Advocate for Petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Archana Yatin Satavlekar being the Executrix named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely late Shri Ashok Bhalachandra Purandare, died at Mumbai on 12.08.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Copy of AADHAR Card is annexed for the identification purpose.

2. The deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai, on 22.07.2024. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 5 of the Will refers to the appointment of only One Executor who is Petitioner herein.

3. As per para 10 of the Petition the parents and wife of the deceased predeceased the deceased and deceased is survive by seven niece and three nephews. One niece is the Petitioner herein. Rest of the legal heirs has filed their consent affidavit in favour of the Petitioner herein.

4. The affidavit of attesting witnesses (1) Smt. Deepashree N. Laghathe (2) Shri Manish P. Thaker, are filed and both are dated 15.03.2025. The affidavit of general citation is filed and it is dated 30.06.2025.
