TP/1886/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b. Lakdawala and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bharati Manilal Shah Gogri being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Manilal Lalji Gogri died intestate at Mumbai on 27.07.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard assport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and three daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
