This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ashish Subhash Dandekar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Subhash Digambar Dandekar died intestate at Mumbai on 15.07.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.05.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
