1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in the order dated 29.04.2025, in first line of para-No.2 it is incorrectly mentioned that he petitioner No. 1 is daughter of the deceased. However, he is the son of the deceased. Hence, submission is accepted. Accordingly, correction is made. In order dated 29.04.2025, words daughter is substituted by word son. Order be read accordingly. Corrected order to be uploaded in the CIS.

2.Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in the matter, as per the earlier Order and to comply the requisitions as provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps.
