This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mariana Silverio Coelho being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Silverio Sebastin Coelho died intestate at Navi Mumbai on 21.08.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
