Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.07.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 16.07.2025, surname of the deceased is written is "Agnanai" instead of "Agnani" and name of the petitioner no. 2 is written as "Kavita Deepk Kanabar instead of "Kavita Deepak Kanabar". He prays for correction of these names.

2. Perused petition, surname of the deceased is corrected and read as "Agnani" instead of "Agnanai" and name of the petitioner no. 2 is corrected and read as "Kavita Deepak Kanabar" instead of "Kavita Deepk Kanabar".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 16.07.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
