TP/1948/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Mitul Shah, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jigar Mahendra Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Malvika Mahendra Shah died intestate at Nashik on 25.01.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 16.05.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
