TP/1958/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar a/w. Sana Varhadi i/b. Lakdawala & Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hemant Ramniklal Mehta being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Mangalaben Jayantilal Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 22.03.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 12.02.2025 for dispensation identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Ramniklal and his wife namely Pushpa since deceased the deceased leaving behind one son. Deceased was survived by one grandson who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.06.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
