TP/1959/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Tulsi Shah, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Priti Rajen Doshi being daughter-in-law of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Hasmukhrai Keshavji Doshi died intestate at Mumbai on 27.01.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Savita Hasmukhrai Doshi died intestate at Mumbai on 18.03.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. One son of both the deceased namely Rajen died leaving behind his widow and two sons. Both the deceased were survived by two sons, one daughter-in-law and two grandsons. Out of them daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and the son and two grandsons have given their consents in favour of petitioner alongwith the petition. Another son namely Atul has filed his Consent Affidavit dated 13.08.2025 in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
