This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shekhar Prakash Kolwankar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Prakash Gangaram Kolwankar died intestate at Mumbai on 12.11.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and three married daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the widow and three married daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 12.06.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
