TP/1966/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Jayant Wani i/b. Vinayak Palande, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Ashish Kumar Kanhiyalal Agrawal, Ashok Kumar Kanhiyalal Agrawal and Shashi Kumar Kanhiyalal Agrawal being grandson and sons of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Shanti Devi died intestate at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh on 14.07.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed his Affidavit dated 01.05.2024 for identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Rajendra died on 07.04.2013 leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by two sons, one grandson and one daughter-in-law. Out of them both the sons and grandson are petitioners herein and daughter-in-law has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
