This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Alvin Joseph Lobo being son of deceased. Deceased namely Maria Celine Laura P Wigbert Lobo died intestate at Mumbai on 10.03.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 13.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
