This petition is on the authenticated copy of Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioners namely Deepavna Thankey and Kumar Pandya being Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Bhavna Thankey died at U. K. on 29.10.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is annexed to the petition.

2. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 06.06.2025 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

3. The petition is filed on the basis of certified copy of Probate issued by District Registrar in the Family Division of High Court of Justice being grant of Probate bearing Case reference No. 1700825244892387 issued on 09.04.2024. The said certificate granted by the High Court of Justice England and Wales in respect of Will dated 05.07.2021 which was granted on 09.04.2024. The same is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

4. Office to issue Probate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any caveat is filed.
