TP/1982/2025 (E-filing) WITH WILL/791/2025 Ms. Shweta Kannan i/b. Murugaseelan Perumal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Vishwanath Eswar being sole Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Tarakkad Subramanian Natarajan died at Mumbai on 23.05.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 15.12.2021. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 8 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executor. Only one Executor appointed under the Will who is petitioner herein. Residuary clause in respect of properties of deceased is mentioned at para No. 9 of the Will. Upon perusal of the petition, the Will is not signed by Testator hence, Advocate to take steps accordingly.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter who have given their consents in favour of the petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Jyoti Narayanan and Yamini Ameet Thakkar dated 24.12.2024 and 08.01.2025 both the Attesting Witnesses to the Will are filed respectively. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 15.11.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to file praecipe for placing the matter on board as and when all compliance done in the matter. Hence, remove from board. 19.12.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
