It is appears that this petition is recorded to be cross petition having TP/2940/21025. Upon perusal fo the petition it appears that deceased and legal heirs of the deceased are same. However, petitioner and properties are different, but belonging to the same deceased.

Considering such circumstances, it appears that there is multiple petitions for administration of the properties of the same or one deceased. It will be proper to list the matter before Hon'ble Court as per Section 218 (2) of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
