The petitioner has filed the affidavit, affirmed on 20.08.2025, in response to the order dated 13.8.2025.

I have gone through the paragraph No. 7 of the said affidavit. However, the explanation is not satisfactory in view of sec. 312 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 and fact which are stated in the said order, comes within the purview of the this provision. Hence, power to administer the property as per the grant issued in Testamentary Petition No. 1621/2012 vested in the survivors Grant holder. 2.

Hence, petitioner to take steps in the respect of the petition.
