TP/2024/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Rajneel Sonavane, Advocate for petitioner. PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Arun Satyaprakash Gupta, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Satyaprakash Baburam Gupta, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 15.10.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As petitioner filed the Affidavit dated 18.02.2025 for dispensation of the identification proof of the deceased.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of the deceased since deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. One son is petitioner herein and another son and daughter have given their consent. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 08.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 28.06.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
