24. TP/2028/2025 WITH WILL/806/2025 Ms. Drshika Hemnani i/by Jhangiani Narula & Associates, Advocate for Petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Shri Jayesh Chimanlal Suchak alias Jayesh Chimanlal Suchde being the Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely late Smt. Rama Paramanand Suchde alias Ramaben Paramanand Suchde, died at Mumbai on 04.02.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Copy of PAN Card is annexed for the identification purpose.

2. The deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai, on 24.06.1991. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 4 of the Will refers to the appointment of two Executors. One is the Petitioner herein and the another executor has expired as stated in Para 5 of the Petition.

3. As per para 9 of the Petition the parents and husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased and deceased is survive by one son, two daughter-in-law, two grand-daughter and two grand-son. All of them have filed their consent affidavit in favour of the Petitioner herein.

4. The affidavit of attesting witness Dr. Manoj N. Shah, it is dated 23.12.2024. The affidavit of general citation is filed and it is dated 11.06.2025.
