1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rameshkumar Nathmal Salgia, who is husband of deceased. Deceased namely Neena Rameshkumar Salgia, said to be died intestate at USA on 14.06.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One Son namely Sanjay died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by husband and two daughters. Out of them husband is petitioner and both daughter have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 22.05.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
