This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Dinesh Shivo Daswani being nephew of deceased. Deceased namely Narayandas Ramchand Daswani died intestate at Mumbai on 13.09.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 17.02.2025 as regards the non-availability of Identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased had one brother. The brother of deceased died leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by wife of brother and one nephew. Out of them nephew is petitioner herein and wife of brother has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
