This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Abbas Gulamhussain Lokhandwala being son of deceased. Deceased namely Fizza Gulamhusein Lokhandwala died intestate at Mumbai on 04.10.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit of daughter is not filed or Advocate to take steps for justification of surety in respect of her share.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
