This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pankaj Jain being son of deceased. Deceased namely Mahendra Pal Singh Jain died intestate at Delhi on 21.04.1989. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 01.03.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two daughters and one son. Out of them son petitioner herein and one daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. Consent Affidavit of another daughter namely Anjali Amit Shah has not filed. Hence, Advocate to take steps.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
