This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Punam Kaman Dwivedi W/o. Late Kaman Dinbandhu Dwivedi, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Kaman Dinbandhu Dwivedi S/o. Dinbandhu Dwivedi, said to be died intestate at Ahmadabad on 31.05.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and two sons. Widow is petitioner herein and both sons have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.06.2025 and Administration Bond datd 19.05.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
