This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Margaret Paul Gracias, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Paul Joseph Gracias, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 30.11.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his wife, one son and one daughter. Out of them wife is petitioner here and son and daughter have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.06.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted. Administration bond not filed properly, hence Advocate to upload corrected Administration Bond.
