1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Margaret Paul Gracias, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Paul Joseph Gracias, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 30.11.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his wife, one son and one daughter. Out of them wife is petitioner herein and son and daughter have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.07.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
