1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Arnim Amardeep Kainth being son of deceased. Deceased namely Dr. Amardeep Kainth died intestate at Bangalore on 07.02.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by her widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the widow and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.06.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 18.12.2025 is filed and the same is accepted as per order dated 07.01.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
