Ld. Advocate for Mukesh Gupta submitted that in Testamentary Petition, having TP No.244/2001, Letters of Administration has been granted in favour of Yasmeen Mamoon Lukmani for administering the properties left by the deceased. Ld. Advocate tendered its copy for perusal. Same is kept along with this order.

At this juncture, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner tendered the praecipe along with draft of proposed amendment, to carry out suggested amendment in the petition. It will be proper to do not make hurry to pass an order. Therefore, matter is adjourned to pass an order as per the law. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to verify that subject matter of the present petition is subject matter of the earlier petition, referred herein-above.
