Perused the petition, the property is situated within the local limits of the Thane and therefore, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the petition vide Sec. 270 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Furthermore, the petition does not cover by the Sec. 273 of the IS Act. Hence, the petitioner to take steps in this regard. The office to seek direction from the Hon'ble Court, in respect of the return of the petition.
